SHIPPING POLICY

Most ground orders ship via USPS Priority Mail flat rate bubble mailer $10.40.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive.
Next day and Express orders will ship the same day if the order is placed by 12pm PST.
Next day and Express orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed and shipped the following day.
Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
We ship via USPS and UPS.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we will happily return your merchandise within 14 days of receipt.
Merchandise must have original tags and be in original packaging.
Merchandise must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
Any merchandise marked “final sale” may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Email moxietales@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and the item you are returning. A free shipping label will be provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns will be processed in the original form of payment within approximately 5 business days after we receive your return.
Next day or Express shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any merchandise marked “final sale” may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
If you are shipping an item valued over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
